M-cube awarded NSF DMREF grant

M-cube received a prestigious NSF DMREF grant (CBET – 1729787). We will be collaborating with Profs. Amin Salehi-Khojin and Robert Klie, both from University of Illinois Chicago, to discover new catalysts based on two-dimensional transition-metal dichalocogenides.

For more details, read the WashU news story.

We were also part of a team of geologist (Prof. Phil Skemer, team lead) and materials scientists (Prof. Kathy Flores and us) that received a NSF award from the Divison of Earth Sciences (EAR Р1726165) to understand the deformation behavior of geologic materials.

Thank you NSF and all our collaborators!
